BASIC PACKAGES
Choice of proofs or High Rez CD
$775 - Basic Wedding less reception - 4 hours
This package includes 4 hours of photography: 3 hours prewedding formals and some
journalism, 1 hour Ceremony and leaving church, No reception coverage.

4. Approximaltely 100 proofs or CD including all shots

$875 - Basic Wedding with Reception - 5 hours
This package includes 5 hours of photography: 3 hours prewedding formals and some
journalism, 1hour Ceremony and leaving church, 1 hour at reception which begins
when I arrive directly from the Church.
1. 3 hours of prewedding formal photography,
2. Full Coverage during ceremony including
3. Shots of leaving the Church.
4. Also 1 hour of coverage at Reception.
5. Approximatley 150 proofs or CD including all shots (like owning your own set of
negatives A disclaimer will be included allowing you to print off your own proofs, or at a lab of
your choosing).
6. Online previewing of all shots
$975 - The Basic Wedding with Reception Plus Photo-journalism - 6 hours
This package includes 6 hours of photography: 3 hours prewedding formals and more
journalism, 1 hour Ceremony and leaving church, 2 hours at reception which begins when I
arrive directly from the Church. If dance shots begin much later than the two hours, then
there will be a $100 per hour charge following the 2 hours coverage, or if you opt out of the
engagement session, I'll stay one extra hour at the reception, or you could choose to have me
take getting ready shots before the formals begin.

PREMIUM - 1....$1400 - 7 total hours plus your choice of two of the following::
>>HIGH REZ CD ($250 value)
>>Two parent albums ($250 value)
>>Two coffee table wedding books ($250 Value)
1. You get the $975 digital package (includes 2 sets of 200 proofs = 400 proofs or opt for one set of 400 proofs or a CD)
2. Shots getting ready Plus Extra Reception coverage (reception total 3 hours)
3. You may choose two of the following options:
>>$250 applied toward any purchases made after the wedding.
>>A High resolution CD ($250 value) of all engagement photos and wedding photos you will have rights to make proofs, use for stationary & Christmas cards from the CD. Any wallets and prints larger than 4x6 must be processed through me. A rights disclaimer will be included
>> Two assembled 100 proof albums for parents. ($250 Value)
Usually around 40 pages and will contain 100+ photos. These run about $150 to
set up, then $50 per book. In this package you get two copies.
NOTE: Many have requested an 80 page book instead of 40 pages. This would be an additional $150 or $4 per page.
4. ONLINE PREVIEWING: I will upload all photos to my website. You'll be given access to the site (either open or password protected-your choice).
PREMIUM - 2.....$2000 aprox 10 hours of photography. REHEARSAL COVERAGE; OUTDOOR, BACKDROP OPTIONS, Full wedding day coverage;
ONLINE PREVIEWING; Hi Rez CD, 2-100 PROOF ALBUMS; Keep 500 proofs;
Options: PHOTOSHOP ALBUM or 3 - 80 PAGE COFFEE TABLE BOOKS;
This coverage is designed to not leave anything out. It's the everything wedding. This package includes more journalism coverage, outdoor or studio work, Rehearsal & dinner, getting ready shots: hairdresser, etc., formals, ceremony, reception coverage, photo CD, and several album selections.
Here's a chronolgical order of the coverage:
1. Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner - lots of journalism and a few posed shots
3. Church & reception shots similar to the $975 package with shots getting ready
4. Hi Rez CD of all shots: engagement, rehearsal, wedding day
4. You will get 1 free set of proofs (APPROX 500 PROOFS) of all rehearsal & dinner, prewedding formals, ceremony, & reception shots
5. ONLINE PREVIEWING: I will upload all photos to my website. You'll be given access to the site (either open or password protected-your choice).
6. Two OPTIONS:
Retail value for this Album is about $550. OR,
7. Two assembled proof albums of 100 - 4x6 photos for each set of parents
HOW TO BOOK YOUR WEDDING
Step 1 - Call me right away to see if I have the day(s) available.

Step 3 - Send in your retainer fee*. This will hold and guarantee the day for you. The prices are locked in when I receive this payment.

*For all Budget & Basic packages the retainer fee is $200, For Premium packages the retainer is $400, it must be paid to hold the wedding day. A retainer is a two-way protection, plus it is your first partial payment toward your package. You are guaranteed the day, but if you cancel the wedding the retainer is non-refundable since I am not very likely to rebook another wedding on that day.
